Sometimes you get that phone call that gives your career a whole new purpose.
Amy got in touch with me through social media, wanting to book a photo session with her Australian shepherd Roxy as a surprise gift for her husband.
Additionally, she wanted to capture a few images to talk about her story and bring awareness to a conversation that is very important to her: melanoma cancer.
Amy is a a 3-time melanoma survivor since February 2019. Her journey continues, her goal is to keep bringing more awareness to all about the importance of protecting your skin from the sun and getting your skin checked by your dermatologist.
This was an amazing experience, to meet such a sweet, vibrant, and loving woman who had endured so much in such a short period of time. Her dog was equally as precious, with an exuberant love for life!
